This is boat deck where the Royal Promenade shops are, there

is a whole series of shops for shoes, clothing, jewelry, perfume,

electronics, Cunard logo items, toys, etc all at tax free prices. This

is also the balcony for the Grand Lounge, they place chairs around

it at night, you can see the seats downstairs in the main area.
