This picture doesn't do it justice, but this is 3 deck,
the only floor where
there are no obstructions and you can see from one end
of the ship
all the way to the other. Its also the point that if water
were to ever reach
this level, with nothing to stop it from spreading to the
rest of the ship
it would pretty much be an ok time to panic as one of the
officers told us. :-)
