Coop Aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise Ship
After a successful interview in Fall 1997, I was scheduled for my first
COOP during summer quarter 1998. It was aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise
Ship. I am worked on the prepress aspect with Amy
Hanley, and John Fauller was our press operator, our boss, the Chief
Printer was also an RIT student, but has graduated, his name is Bill Neugebauer.
Together, we took care of all the printing needs for the ship, including
daily newspapers, menus, announcements, and invitations.
I brought along one of Apple's new Powerbook G3 computers and a Kodak
digital camera and documented my trip as I went.
